Experience / Job Competencie

    • At least 3 years of experience preferred administering and managing the mortgage loan closing process within a company;
    • At least 1 year of experience managing others
    • Serve as second level point of contact for complex problems or matters requiring escalation;
    • Manage team of Loan Closers and assist with workload as circumstances may require;
    • Coordinate between examiners, processors, and clients on files to prepare for closing and funding;
    • Stay abreast of changing company policy, mortgage regulations, laws, and generally accepted industry best practices, and be willing to take initiative to train and stay informed;
    • Experience working with Encompass, a plus;
    • Must demonstrate strong problem solving skills;
    • Must have exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills;
    • Must be dependable with meeting deadlines and managing time;
    • Have an ability to work independently on multiple files simultaneously;
    • Possess strong oral and written communication skills;
    • Complete other duties as assigned.

Educational Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required;

Client Relationship Associate Business Development

Wisconsin Title, Closing & Credit Services is looking for a Client Relationship Associate to join our team.  As a Client Relationship Associate you will primarily be responsible for building and developing relationships with current clients while actively growing our client base.



  • Prospect for new clients utilizing referral sources, networking and cold calling. Must be willing to attend before and after business hour events.
  • Effectively develop client relationships by becoming the trusted point of contact and providing education and training.
  • Build a collaborative internal relationship with key partners in the company and make appropriate introductions to clients
  • Provide specific assistance to lenders, attorneys, real estate agents, brokers and builders to take each project from beginning to end.



  • Real estate or mortgage background is preferred but will train the right person
  • Business Development experience including networking and cold calling
  • Ability to assess client needs and develop and implement solutions
  • Work as part of a team in a fast paced environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
