General Office / Customer Service – Property Title Insurance

Wisconsin Title is a title insurance company that works with lenders, realtors, buyers and sellers in the sale and/or purchase of a property

Because you are our first contact with the customer, we are looking for an outgoing, pleasant mannered person to fill our Customer Service position

THIS IS A FULL TIME POSITION

Duties include

– update / enter orders in our order production software

– answer phones, greet walk-in customers and help direct them to their destination

– search public records on-line as part of a mortgage loan title search

– miscellaneous filing and other office duties as needed

Qualifications

– pleasant, courteous phone manner

– familiar with computers, Internet searching and Microsoft Office products

General office experience or a background in banking, mortgage lending or title insurance is definitely a plus, but will train the right individual
